We invite you to improve justice in South Carolina by contributing to our work.  The Death Penalty Resource & Defense Center is committed to the belief that legal proceedings in capital cases must be as fair and accurate as possible.  Because the stakes are so high, a reliable and just process is critical.  We are a non-profit organization recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  We do not receive appropriated funding from any state or federal source.  Donations are fully tax-exempt.
